I got the insperation to do this site from the unfortunate
death of my nephew Cameron,
He was hit by a car second after stepping of the school bus
on Oct 12th 2005.And died instantly on impact.
My family and I have started a campaign for traffic calming
in the area where he was knocked down and would like the support of every one as so we can preasure local authorities
to get these measures of traffic calming underway.
And we are not only placing our aime on the Edenmore Road
but we will try and get these traffic calming measures to other areas as well.
Cameron attended Drumachose Primary School and
is the second child to die from a road traffic accident in our town within the past 6 weeks
